Job Description

We are seeking a highly diligent candidate with substantial management experiences for the role of Communications, Publicity and Marketing professional. The role involves developing and executing corporate communications and marketing strategies, handling public relations and establishing relationships with media outlets of Temasek Life Sciences Accelerator (TLA) and its associated spin-off companies.

About the Job

• Manage the corporate communication and marketing activities, and raise the profile and visibility of TLA and its associated companies.
• Develop media material including press releases, talking points, media factsheets, as well as media pitching, monitoring and analysis to generate news coverage.
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that include public relations, public outreach and other marketing activities.
• Manage contents on official corporate websites, and social media platforms.
• Oversee corporate branding on all platforms and work with senior management to develop strategic direction for media and market engagement through publicity and campaigns.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor insights, brand\'s audiences and consumer journey to drive engagement.
• Assess marketing trends and execute campaigns that increase brand reach.
• Develop and generate marketing collaterals such as brochures, webpage and videos.

• Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in PR, communications, marketing or equivalent with at least 8 years of strong, relevant experience.
• Excellent communication abilities, team-working qualities and writing skills, and a strong focus on delivery.
• Fluent in Chinese to work closely together with Chinese-speaking scientists.
• Astute, resourceful and possess strong analytical skills.
• Working level proficiency in Microsoft Office, iWork Suite and/or Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
