JOB SUMMARY Associate Director Supplier Program is responsible for leading Supplier partner program Implementation in APAC region - leading supplier relationship management initiatives, supporting an JOB SUMMARY Associate Director Supplier Program is responsible for leading Supplier partner program Implementation in APAC region - leading supplier relationship management initiatives, supporting and driving cross functional initiatives which have significant supply chain element. Key role in working and supporting across Line of Business (GWS Enterprise, GWS Local and Project Management) and facilitating support from One CBRE supply chain to ensure CBRE Global Supplier partner program supports GWS goals and objectives including growth, market differentiation and transformational cost savings in APAC. KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE Lead/Project Manage Supplier partner program within the APAC region and GWS key global/regional Initiatives globally related to Supplier Management that work across Lines of Business e.g. Supplier Segmentation, Program Governance, Supplier Relationship Management Framework, Innovation Program, Supplier Engagement. Actively lead and support LOB & Div. Procurement and Country Procurement Leads to increase the spend adoption through supplier partners & get value from Global Supplier partner program Transformation program related to Supplier partner program in APAC region supporting multiple transformation workstreams. Focus on adoption through driving change leading, training, implementing, and promoting and measuring Outcomes within countries, lines of business and accounts across the region. For each transformational initiative relative to Supplier Partner Program where leading/ supporting/ contributing specific tasks include identifying needs, scoping requirement, developing business case, creating programs, implementation plans, governance, design playbooks, develop and deliver training programs to enable accounts and Divisions within each LoB to realize the benefits of each program in efficient and frictionless manner. Utilize CBRE, GWS and supply chain technologies and platforms to support Transformational initiatives for Supplier partner program within GWS Ensure programs are developed and implemented considering global, regional, and local and account perspectives and are in-line with CBRE core RISE' values. Manages issues and expectations across a broad range of skill sets, locations and cultures both internally and with service providers. Partners with Finance to outline potential value and ROI for proposed initiatives and tracking results. Other duties may be assigned EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 7 or more years' experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, outsourcing, consulting, program management, transitions, service quality improvements or other related experience. Aptitude in working with international colleagues and suppliers to coordinate and execute global strategies within a dynamic team environment. Demonstrated experience with service providers, multi-year contract management and playing key governance roles with outsourced providers. Proven capability of delivering supply chain outcomes for business and customers in a complex, matrix-managed organisation In-depth knowledge of Supply chain and procurement processes, relevant legislation and leading practices with significant experience in a senior procurement role. Experience of adopting strategic and long-term approach whilst ensuring tangible benefits and results in the near-term throughout the transformation. Strong negotiation skills, strong contractual and commercial competence Experience of leading, negotiating and managing complex supplier agreements. Category Management techniques Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting Using analytics to provide insights using supply chain and finance information.
