This is a client facing position within the Valuation and Advisory Team in Singapore. The role holder will be based in Singapore while driving the valuation mandates across Malaysia. The overall goal is to assist the Head of Division to ensure a continual growth of the Business.

Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

Act as a key contact for new and existing clients and play an active role in submission of quotations and tenders on valuation projects in Malaysia.

Participate and organize client engagements on a regular basis to initiate business development opportunities for the Valuation & Advisory business or other businesses within Colliers International.

Maintain close relationship with existing key clients and develop new business opportunities with new contacts.

Perform valuations projects across all assets classes with high standards of customer service individually and as a team. Constantly monitor the progress of valuation projects to ensure a timely delivery of accurate valuation reports.

Perform duties ascribed to "Executive" by the Quality System documentation.

Assist in implementing Valuation marketing strategy to ensure company and divisional strategic initiatives are carried out.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Estate Management or other equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Valuation in Malaysia is required.
  • Member of RISM, Appraisers License, or equivalent professional qualification is required.
  • Strong communicator with ability to negotiate with internal and external clients.
  • Computer literacy with good knowledge of excel, word and power point.
  • Analytical ability with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese and/ or Malay is a competitive advantage
