We are one of the largest teams of forensic investigators, forensic accountants, forensic technology, and e-discovery experts in Asia\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x98Pacific and are also regularly called upon to give evidence in high\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x98profile disputes and investigations.Our Forensic offering can be broadly identified in four areas including Forensic accounting and dispute analysis, Data analytics, Forensic technology (digital forensics, cyber and eDiscovery), and Investigations. Our client base includes corporations, most major law firms and government agencies.Your OpportunityWe are looking for an Associate Director or Director to join our Forensic team based in Singapore working across the Business Valuation, Dispute Analysis, Forensic Accounting areas.As a member of the KordaMentha Forensic team, you will:

• Be working with some of the most experienced Forensic professionals in the market.
• Have exposure to a diverse range of engagements and clients, with opportunities for work-related travel.
• Work in a supportive team environment, one where we place high importance on the development of skills and knowledge, via on-the-job learning and formal training.
• Be a key member involved in marketing and business developments events and activities.

The Singapore office also provides Restructuring services, which varies from informal restructuring and advisory engagements to formal insolvency engagements such as receiverships and liquidations involving a broad range of distressed businesses across all industries.About youA suitable candidate for this position will have the following:

• Five to ten years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business valuation, disputes, and/or forensic accounting engagements.
• Relevant experience in a professional services firm in forensic services.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for valuations and damages quantification, including financial modelling skills.
• Possess relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications in valuation or accounting-related field, such as Chartered Valuer and Appraiser, Chartered Accountant, or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
• Project management skills.
• A team player with strong qualities displaying ethics and discretion.
• Able to contribute to the business development activities of the practice, including the preparation and delivery of presentations, technical papers and, develop your own fields of specialisation and support base of professional contacts.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn from other professionals in the team, and to provide continual learning and coaching opportunities for team members.
• Thrive on a challenge and display excellent communication and negotiation skills and are motivated by delivering the highest standards of client service.
• Be a Singapore citizen or Permanent resident (not require a work visa or employment pass)
