We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, ECM - Global Banking and Markets.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop company valuations and create/analyse financial models, perform detailed sector and company research as directed, as well as conduct financing, comparative and pro forma analyses
• Prepare new business presentations, draft memoranda related to marketing and execution, conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses, and attend client presentations as required
• Interact with clients and various levels of management, act as an integral part of the engagement team
• Contribute to the achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction etc.
• To play a significant role in deal execution
• To support senior bankers in deal origination
• To manage analysts in the team

Requirements

• A generalist Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/Capital Markets background
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and execution
• A strong understanding of the financial markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly motivated, demonstrates a commitment to learning new capabilities and proactively seeks more or different assignments to accelerate learning

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
