In this position of an Associate Engineer, you will be reporting to In-Building Project Manager, Mobile Access Engineering to manage the In-Building site deployment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage deployment of In-Buildings projects including Combined Antenna System (CAS), 5G In-building deployment, In-Building modernization and renovation projects.
• Communicate to the project team and management on project status and risks.
• Co-ordinate with contractors, mobile operators, agencies, building management and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of site build within budget.
• Provide regular updates on project status to the project manager to stay abreast of resource progress and project status.
• Digitalization of manual workflows and providing customized analysis reports.
• Other work as assigned by the supervisor.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• Min. National ITE Certificate (NITEC) or Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess a strong passion for mobile technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet technology changes and business requirements with aggressive deadlines.
• Resourceful, analytical, and excellent in written and verbal communication with good presentation, reporting and organizational skills.
• Possess leadership skills and decision-making capabilities to manage projects effectively across various departments and business units.
• Excellent in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially presentation to building owners
