Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be part of the Mobile Core team providing configuration, implementation, testing, operations and maintenance of the 4G and 5G Mobile infrastructure that supports Singtel Mobile\xe2\x80\x99s mobile network and value-added systems.

Duties include the following:

• Operate and maintain Mobile PNFs (Physical Network Functions), VNFs (Virtualized Network Functions) and CNFs (Cloud-native Network Functions) of the 4G and 5G infrastructure at an optimal level.
• Analyze and monitor system alarms and key performance indicators of the Mobile Core services to detect network/system anomalies and ensure quality of service is delivered to the mobile customers.
• Troubleshoot and identify root cause for system faults and service degradation.
• Test and roll-out new and exciting mobile-related products and services, e.g. VoLTE and 5G Roaming.
• Liaise and coordinate with network vendors for regular system changes, including installation, upgrade and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to 24-hour network operations center and Customer Care for system-related, service-related faults and customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Good Engineering or IT diploma, preferably in the area of communications engineering and networking.
• Entry level candidates with good attitude and keen interest in Mobile technologies are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Team player with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Passionate in new technologies e.g. Virtualization, Cloud computing, Network Security and Automations. These interests will drive the developments of improving customer experience.
• Working experience in mobile technology providers such as Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia or IT is an added advantage.
• Able to work during non-office hours on an occasional basis and be on 24 x 7 hours\xe2\x80\x99 standby alert for ad-hoc faults or service degradation.
