Responsibilities: Perform 24x7 shift duty and operations support. Perform network surveillance in areas of Mobile, Broadband, Voice, Data, TV and Value-added (VAS) services in both main and BCP sites. Closely monitor networks alarms/tickets, perform checks and escalation to tier 2 operations teams fault resolution. Provide level 1.5 technical support on network systems, communicate with various stakeholders and track problem to resolution. Work with Technical Help Desk support units to manage customer complaints from consumer and business customers. Ensure all planned maintenance activities are carried out by Tier 2 operations teams in accordance with the Change Management process. Prepare daily shift report on shift performance such as Incident Summary, Change Activities summary, Outstanding Tickets Summary. Work with the Team Lead to establish new or enhance existing process and update Operational instructions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the NOC operations. The Ideal candidate should possess: Diploma in Telecommunication/Computer Science Engineering or Electrical/Electronics & Communications Engineering, Electronics, Info-Comm Technology. 2 years relevant experience working in telecommunications or multimedia engineering would be an advantage. Knowledge of mobile 4G/5G, IoT technologies, VMware, NFVi and SDI would be an advantage.
