Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineer in plan, build, implementation of IP Core network infrastructure to fulfil the business growth demand.
• Assist Engineer in development and enhancement of network design, planning, and execution milestones for IP Core network.
• Responsible in Lifecycle management, capacity management, project management, warehouse management, asset management, decommissioned equipment condemnation, procurement, budget management of IP Core network.
• Assist Engineer in develop and conduct testing for new products and technologies.
• Work with Operations team to schedule change management activities for Change Requests.
• Assist Engineer in evaluating vendor proposed equipment and solution compliance with service requirements.
• Prepare the engineering provisioning works for rollout project, expansion, migration, restoration request and special event requirements.
• Provide advice, technical consultancy, and proposed network design to other teams such as Customer Solution, Account Manager, Product Manager on the responses to customer bids, customized solutions, etc.
• Conduct training/briefing to Business, Global Service Provisioning and Operations for new services/features/solution.
• Provide technical support to Operations team on escalated faults.

• Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in Network skills and Internet knowledge (eg, CCNA).
• To have good working knowledge of networking technologies, such as IP.
• Monitor end to end utilization and prepare performance report.
• Possess effective project management skills.
• Good inter-personal, organizational, problem solving and teamwork skills.
