We are looking for an Associate Engineer (System Engineering) to support day-to-day system operations, project coordination, reporting, and configuration-related activities. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates seeking hands-on experience in systems engineering and IT operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily system operations and monitoring Support project management activities and timelines Prepare regular reports and status updates Assist with system configuration and setup Provide basic troubleshooting for system-related issues Coordinate with vendors or internal teams on system tasks Support software and patch deployment activities Assist in maintaining system documentation and asset records

Requirements:

Basic project management knowledge Experience in SCCM deployment Preferably with CompTIA A+ certification Open to entry-level candidates Understanding of Windows OS and basic networking Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
