Responsibilities & Duties: An integral member of the Education and Training team to support the administrative operations of clinical and research attachments at one of the leading health-care providers. You will support the implementation and management of the training programmes, which include but not limited to:
requests processing
pre-training preparation
in-training support
payment processing
maintaining of databases
compiling of status
preparing reports
evaluation of programmes and trainees to the relevant stakeholders on periodic basis.
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri. From: 8.30am to 6pm
Salary:
Up to $4000 + AWS + VB
Location:
Near Outram Park MRT
Candidate Requirement:
Diploma or \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level with administrative or training, education-related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and e-communication tools
A good team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
Meticulous and able to adapt to change
