Our Client is a Singapore-based IT security company that provides design, development, integration, testing, and commissioning to post-implementation maintenance. The main responsibility of the Associate Executive/Executive, Partner Alliance is to build and enhance strategic relationships with existing partners and administrations.
【 What you will be doing 】
Collecting, compiling and generating data for quarterly reporting to ‘C’ levels
Assist in managing vendor portals and assist in deal registration/ rebate submission & claims tracking
Facilitate engagement between partners and internal sales/pre-sales teams.
Scheduling of meetings and training sessions with vendors for internal teams
Assist in preparing and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs, etc.
Assist in managing 2nd & 3rd tier vendors
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
Minimum 4 years experience in client-facing cum administrative roles and has exposure in the IT industry
Good administrative, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Organized and focused to complete tasks, and resourcefulness is essential for this role
Working Hour
8:30 ~ 18:00
