The Associate Finance Director, Strategic Portfolio will lead, support, and carry out the following:
Strategic review and profitability improvement of the overall Trustwave (TW) business. Timely and insightful analysis of TW financial performance, ensuring that TW meet all reporting, compliance, governance, and internal control requirements.
Strategic / financial / business review advisory projects across Singtel business units
Strategic Portfolio business unit budget and expenditure.
Specifics responsibilities:
Assist the TW team to drive improvement in tracking their business performance and profitability. Work with respective stakeholders to provide regular update on business and financial performance, as well as critical analyses of key business drivers.
Track of KPIs to ensure that company and business targets are met, keeping line management informed of progress KPIs so that prompt and appropriate actions can be taken to improve performance where necessary.
Work with internal Tax and Treasury teams on the appropriate capital structure for the funding of TW's operational needs
Work closely with Singtel Group Finance and TW Finance to ensure proper consolidation of TW's financial results into Singtel Group, including resolving any intercompany imbalances and reducing aging of intercompany balances.
Assist CFO, Strategic Portfolio in regular reporting of TW and Strategic Portfolio's financial performance and forecasts in regular meetings and budget exercises.
Lead / coordinate / assist in tasks / projects related to the Strategic Review of TW
Prepare / monitor / report Strategic Portfolio Business Unit's Budget and Financials.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in accounting and/or Finance, CPA, MBA etc
>15 years or relevant experience in Finance within large corporations, familiar with accounting standards
Strong communications skills
Ability to manage different stakeholders from different background and culture
Experienced leading a small team
