Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring cadence and oversight of Headcount and Expense run rates in Group CBG Operations (CBGO).
• Timely reporting of Group CBGO and Regional CBO Management financial reporting deliverables to Finance.
• Strategic Cost Management (SCM)/Benefits tracking of key programs (OPPR 3.0, TOM, Last Mile, Digital Adoption etc.).
• Collaborating with location coordinators, Group Finance and HR on monthly financial forecasts, reconciliation and reviews.
• Consolidation, review and analysis of CBGO Budget/Forecast financials across 7 locations.
• Group CBGO Hyperion budget reconciliation with Group Finance and location coordinators.
• Collaborating closely with Group Finance, location coordinators on SCM reporting and validations.
• Cadence of standardised SCM reporting processes and data across CBGO locations and Group Finance.
• Development and maintenance of CBGO Financials Control Tower.

Requirements

• Degree qualification, preferably with at least 4 years of experience in Finance/Banking environment.
• Good knowledge of MS office suite and experience with Hyperion, Tableau will be advantageous.
• Proactive, committed, and responsible team player.
• Strong interest in dealing with financial data, analytics and dashboard development.
• Keen to develop communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Able to build rapport in a collaborative manner across diverse cultures and locations.
• Able to work under pressure of tight timelines.
