Position Purpose & Summary:
As an Associate Food Technologist - Bakery & Confectionery, you will take on various duties and responsibilities in areas such as perform application tests in various food applications, analytics, reporting, and housekeeping. You will also operate and maintain analytical equipment in the innovation lab.
You will support related core technology component areas and assist to create value through the implementation of business defined technology needs. You will also assist in generating a pipeline of new ideas that are aligned with the business opportunities identified for products targeted to various food applications under Bakery & Confectionery category, e.g., biscuits, cakes, fillings, spreads, chocolate etc. You will perform routine/ procedural analytical work and activities based on business and technology needs and support the general operations of the innovation lab.
Principal Accountabilities:
80%: * Work with R&D specialist to solve technical issue from customer by performing lab and pilot trials
