Descriptions:

• Assisting in client / fund onboarding process
• Implementing and maintaining process controls within the team
• First-line compliance and KYC screening
• Processing of relevant administrative work
• Handling periodic payments/subscriptions/redemptions
• Ensuring clear flow of information between various parties (internal and external)
• Liaising with multiple professional parties (lawyers, auditors, fund admin, etc.)
• Able to work with short deadlines for time-sensitive projects
• Good presentation/data management skills preferred – Word/PowerPoint/Excel

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Positive and willing learner
• Team player with good communication skills
• Meticulous and detail orientated
• Analytical mind with problem solving skills
• Proactive and resourceful
• Prior experience in fund administration and fund structuring
