We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.Get to know the RoleYou will help manage business development and external relations with our commercial partners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our backend tech configurations, contract management, and providing operational & aftersales support to our partners. This role reports to the Head, GrabExpress, Delivery Fulfillment & Demand optimisation and reports on-site in Grab Singapore office.QualificationsThe Day-to-Day Activities

  • Planning: Help grow SG GrabExpress business, ensure that business plans are executed and financial targets are achieved
  • Business Development: Build relationships, identify new business opportunities and manage contract negotiations with commercial partners
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables
  • Operational Support: Oversee daily backend tech configs to ensure seamless operations
  • Analytical Support: Analyze business performance, user behavior, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and report KPIs to track business and marketplace performance
The Must-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • You have at least 1+ years of experience in relevant fields (business development, operations, project management etc)
  • Ability to apply a structured approach to thinking and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
