Business FunctionGroup Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions - whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.The bank is also a certified Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for the Singapore Qualification Programme by the Singapore Accountancy Commission and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Approved Employer.Responsibilities

• Provides production support and perform system operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of ECL BAU process.
• Contact point for BAU team to liaise with on production issues.
• Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
• Manage issues internally and with technology team, become an effective bridge between users and technology.
• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as reporting users to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
• Leverage the subject matter experts across technology and business in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.
• Perform testing and ensure the features built are as per users\' requirements.
• Document testing and functional specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Analytics, Financial Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Equipped with basic to mid-level skills in excel.
• Good at understanding structured data.
• Have a valuable understanding on SQL and be able to do basic data extraction using SQL
