Business FunctionGroup Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions \xe2\x80\x93 whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.The bank is also a certified Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for the Singapore Qualification Programme by the Singapore Accountancy Commission and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Approved Employer.Responsibilities

• Provides production support and perform system operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of ECL BAU process.
• Contact point for BAU team to liaise with on production issues.
• Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
• Manage issues internally and with technology team, become an effective \xe2\x80\x9cbridge\xe2\x80\x9d between users and technology.
• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as reporting users to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
• Leverage the subject matter experts across technology and business in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.
• Perform testing and ensure the features built are as per users\' requirements.
• Document testing and functional specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Analytics, Financial Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Equipped with basic to mid-level skills in excel.
• Good at understanding structured data.
• Have a valuable understanding on SQL and be able to do basic data extraction using SQL
