We are looking for an Associate HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Woodlands. This is a
permanent position
with a
5-day work week
(Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.45pm). The role comes with an attractive package, including
basic salary, transport allowance, and variable bonus (VB)
. You will play a key role in overseeing HR operations and driving initiatives that support both employees and business goals.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead recruitment efforts and manage smooth onboarding for new hires.
Oversee work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and system workflows.
Drive employee engagement, training programs, and performance management processes.
Manage employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Support payroll and benefits administration, including time, attendance, and leave management.
Handle ad-hoc HR assignments as required.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
