We are seeking a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join a manufacturing company specializing in special purpose machinery, based in Woodlands. This is a
permanent position
with a
5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.45pm)
. The role offers a

, providing strong career stability and growth opportunities. You will oversee a broad scope of HR functions, driving both operational excellence and people-focused initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead recruitment efforts and manage onboarding processes.
Oversee the full spectrum of work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and HRIS workflows.
Drive initiatives in employee engagement, training, and performance management.
Handle employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Support payroll and benefits administration, including timekeeping, attendance, and leave matters.
Perform other HR-related tasks and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
