The role of a Security Management Analyst in the Security IAM team is to evaluate and process access management requests.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a set of processes implemented in order to manage user authorizations in the information system or in applications. It requires
the management of creation, modification and departure of each digital identity, as well as all the access rights.

Key Activities / Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7Password reset, access rights and security access provisioning ;

\xc2\xb7On-boarding and Off-boarding of user accounts ;

\xc2\xb7Extraction of regular reports and ad-hoc reports ;

\xc2\xb7Handling of Clean desk policy surveillance and reporting ;

\xc2\xb7Project participation and ad hoc assignments ;

\xc2\xb7Subject Matter Expert in Identity Access Management ;

\xc2\xb7Maintaining of Documentation (e.g. SOP, training materials, staff handbook) ;

\xc2\xb7Handling of Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery Plan activities ;

\xc2\xb7Cultivating awareness of access management best practices to all employees ;

\xc2\xb7Manage physical access (e.g. Microengine).

\xc2\xb7Technical knowledge Knowledge of Information Technology Knowledge of Active Directory, Lotus Notes and Sailpoint a plus.
