RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with buyers on orders and to create SAP PO and update receiving schedule Liaise with overseas/ local suppliers and transporters on delivery arrangements to the respective warehouses Rectify stocks issue from incoming shipment or deliveries Generate Weekly and Ad Hoc Report Monitor stocks to ensure FP SAP inventory is in syn with warehouse WMS inventory regularly Manage stock rotation based on FIFO expiry dates with warehouse personnel Liaise with buyers and customers on B2B sales order processing & stocks collection/delivery arrangement, followed by completing whole sales order process completion Advise on any inventory-related enquiries Other Inventory related tasks QUALIFICATIONS Diplomain Business, Finance or related field Knowledge in inventory management and shipping documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Knowledge of SAP Retail System will be an added advantage Good spoken and written communication skill Independent, meticulous and takes initiative
