Job Grade : Associate
Location : Singapore

Core Functions/Responsibilities:

• Taking part in the process of identifying and assessing investment opportunities across SEA markets.
• Identifying and evaluating market and industry trends, undertaking due diligence on investment opportunities, including industry research and financial analysis on target companies, building financial models and forecasts, etc.
• Supporting the team in end-to-end investment and divestment process incl. developing financial models and presentations for internal evaluation and committee approval, deal execution and close.
• Monitoring existing portfolio companies against investment thesis and supporting the team\'s portfolio company engagement and initiatives.

• Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Economics.
• Preferably 1-3 years of relevant work experience with a top-tier investment bank, corporate finance, M&A, venture capital, and/or accounting firm.
• Analytical with strong spreadsheet modelling skills, as well as a good understanding of financial statements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interaction and engage both internal and external parties. Team player with a preference for collaboration.
• Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and to work independently.
• Familiar with the use of appropriate electronic data sources (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva, CapIQ etc) for business and industry information research and presentation.
