SIM-RMIT is looking for associates who are dedicated, highly-motivated and possess a strong passion for teaching and shaping the minds of the young generation. Candidates must be able to handle a big class size, deliver the course content in a 3-hour lecture format on a weekly basis, and manage assessment marking within a given deadline. They will work closely with the course coordinator based in the partner university to achieve the desired students\xe2\x80\x99 outcome.
Appointed lecturers will receive ample opportunities to attend program-specific training in teaching pedagogy, individual domain areas and educational technology, as well as cross-disciplinary and customised professional development activities.
Module: MKTG1281 Applied Brand Management
This course is designed to develop students\xe2\x80\x99 practical skills that are important for marketing practitioners, including the ability to communicate ideas and decisions clearly, concisely, and logically, as well as to collaborate effectively with others to scope, plan, and manage brands. Students, upon completion of this course, will be able to apply and integrate brand management theories and practices in authentic business contexts. This course is conducted through 9 weekly lectures. Classes are mostly conducted during the day between 8.30am and 6.30pm.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or professional qualification in the relevant discipline.
- Have at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at tertiary level.
