Overview of Division/Department

Loan Operations & Agency (LOA) comprises of Loans, Guarantee team & Agency team.
LOA is responsible for booking loans, guarantees, invoice discount financing and securities
into the Loan System, effecting payments via SWIFT, etc.

Job Responsibilities
Your key Roles & Responsibilities
1) Process/Approve loans, guarantee using LAMPS. Gbase etc.
2) Monitor and process fee payments, settlement of loans etc.
3) Prepare/Approve SWIFT payments
4) Handle Applications for loans/guarantees etc
5) Handle ad-hoc projects and system testing
6) All Admistrative duties related to processing loans and guarantees

Job Requirements
University degree or Diploma preferably in Computer Science or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint and
Programming skills such as VBA, Microsoft Access, Python etc.
Good command of written/spoken English
Good interpersonal skills, team player
Diligent, Meticulous and able to multi-task
Knowledge of SWIFT payment
