Overview of Division/Department

Loan Operations & Agency (LOA) comprises of Loans, Guarantee team & Agency team.
LOA is responsible for booking loans, guarantees, invoice discount financing and securities
into system, effecting payments via SWIFT, etc.

Job Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1) Process/Approve loans, guarantees using LAMPS, Gbase etc
2) Prepare/check guarantee text & processing guarantee transactions
3) Monitor commitment fee payments, etc
4) Prepare SWIFT payments
5) Handle Applications for loans/guarantees, etc
6) Monitor maturity dates and settlement of loans
7) Prepare/Check monthly reports
8) All Administrative duties related to processing loans and guarantees, etc

Job Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting
Knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
Good command of written/spoken English
Good interpersonal skills, team player
Diligent, meticulous and able to multi-task
Knowledge of SWIFT payment
Knowledge in MS Access & Programming Skills will be an added advantage
