As a member of the APAC Capacity & Capabili In this role, you will be supporting the regional Capacity & Capability Planning within Digital Business and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team. As a member of the APAC Capacity & Capability and Talent Acquisition Group team, you will be part of the team to elevate the growth to keep up with client demand and launch offerings to the market. In your role. You will partner with our local and Global clients across diverse industries to deliver outcomes through shaping the capacity and capability of the future of workforce. Responsibilities Liaison with different stakeholders and ensure programs are implemented. Ensure closure of hiring programs as defined in respective SLAs. To collaborate with different stakeholders both internal & external. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to stakeholders. Delivering digital transformation programs, ensuring employee experience is seamless through targeted interventions (e.g. training and communication). Creating insightful, fact-based findings and recommendations backed by data. Participating in business development through point of view and proposal creation. Taking an active role within our practice, co-creating an inclusive, future-fit team that we love working for and our clients both enjoy and value partnering with. Essential Requirements At least 6 years full-cycle experience in workforce capacity and capability programmes with demonstrated impact in some or all of change management, workforce strategy, employee experience, learning and development, communication strategy, people analytics. Experience with sourcing channels in engaging and activating active, passive and aspiring candidates. Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools. Experience influencing and driving towards results through data. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or external staffing agency). Ability to drive engagement with multiple stakeholders. Strong general consulting and interpersonal skills, including but not limited to, project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving and implementation. Passion for all things digital, an eagerness to learn and grow rapidly in the organsaton.
