Summary : The Channel Expertise Manager is responsible for building the Media Experience (Mx) for a portfolio of clients on a specific channel. S/He is the keeper of the Mx (Media Experience) plan structure, negotiation and delivery.

Havas Media Group Singapore is looking for an Associate Digital Manager / Digital Manager with experience managing digital media planning for client campaigns.


Reporting to the Digital Director of one of our core teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the management and delivery of advertising campaigns for a portfolio of digital media accounts.

Main responsibilities:

• 
  Manage a portfolio of digital media accounts with the support of your team of Digital Planners and Executives

• 
  Lead the team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimisation, and performance analysis
• 
  Define media plan strategies and deliver recommendations to clients and partners
• 
  Plan, distribute and oversee the tasks of junior team members
• 
  Support the recruitment and training of junior team members
• 
  Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching

Requirements for this role:

• 
  Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
• 
  At least 3-4 years of experience in the media industry
• 
  Knowledge & proficiency in digital buying platforms (E.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)

• 
  Knowledge & proficiency in digital marketing platforms (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
• 
  Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
• 
  Strong business acumen and a sense of financial management. You will be overseeing the management of client budgets
