About the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition and People Engagement (yearly renewable contract) Role:
The Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition and People Engagement (yearly renewable contract) will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, people engagement, as well as employer branding. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment life cycle for Singapore, managing mid to senior level positions across the organisation
• Work with hiring managers to understand the role requirements, sourcing strategy, talent mapping and relationship building
• Craft job adverts and post on the different channels
• Actively conduct search to engage passive candidates
• Provide initial screening of candidates
• Conduct onboarding, orientation
• Maintain strong partnership with recruitment partners and tertiary institutions
• Develop a structured internship programme
• Drive employer branding
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives for the regional office such as employee engagement survey
• Support ad hoc HR projects

To succeed in this Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition and People Engagement (yearly renewable contract) role, you will need to have hands-on experience in talent acquisition and have keen interest in employer branding and people engagement functions. Key Requirements:

• Qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' experience specialising in results-driven in-house/agency recruitment
• Hands-on experience leading the full spectrum of recruitment and selection across all position levels
• Experience in HR generalist roles.
