We contribute towards Grab\'s vision of being Southeast Asia\'s superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.As part of the Singapore Operations team, the Merchant Operations team works alongside the business verticals (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabPay, OmniCommerce) and product teams to enable various strategic initiatives. We ensure hyperlocal considerations in shaping Merchant and Consumer experiences using Grab platforms and services, and facilitate the country\'s growth objectives and cost priorities.We are the voice of Merchants in Grab Singapore and we advocate for solutions that best meet their needs. This would require close collaboration with various cross functional teams e.g Regional, Finance, Engineering, Automation, Support teams.Get to know the Role:This role sits within the Merchant Operations team. We are looking for a strong candidate to join us in our journey in helping merchants drive their business growth by optimizing the design, implementation, and adoption of Grab platform and services, including order management, reporting & insights, and support solutions.Oversee country GTM for business and product initiatives, experiments and strategic bets, ensuring that country requirements are considered to drive adoptionPlatform Experience & Governance: Continuous monitoring and optimisation of local Merchant and Consumer experiencesEnabling Business Initiatives: Plan and design end-to-end workflow from initiation to support solutions and policiesOptimisation: Collaborate with process, product, and business owners to optimise processes and frameworksQualificationsMinimum of 3 years in operations, analytics, or project/program management, preferably in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environmentsStrong critical and logical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and make sound decisionsProven ability to manage diverse projects efficiently through comprehensive planning and executionSkilled in developing frameworks and policies, as well as planning new initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectiveSelf-driven, thrive in ambiguity, has a passion for innovationAdditional InformationLife at Grab
