We contribute to Grab\'s vision of being Southeast Asia\'s superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.As part of the Singapore Operations team, the Merchant Operations team works alongside the business verticals (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabPay, OmniCommerce) and product teams to enable several strategic plans. We ensure hyperlocal considerations in shaping Merchant and Consumer experiences using Grab platforms and services, and facilitate the country\'s growth goals and cost priorities.We are the voice of Merchants in Grab Singapore and we advocate for solutions that best meet their needs. This would require close collaboration with multiple cross teams e.g Regional, Finance, Engineering, Automation, and Support teams. You will report to the Manager of the team.This role will be onsite and based in the One North office.Get to know the Role:You will sit within the Merchant Operations team and join us in our journey in helping merchants improve their business growth by optimising the design, implementation, and adoption of Grab platform and services, including order management, reporting and insights, and support solutions.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will:
