COMPANY DESCRIPTION NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic. RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a Software Developer to enhance, integrate existing programs and implement new functional ones. You will work with end-users to develop the software. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Google Data Studio, Apps Script, or equivalent programming language, we would like to meet you. Your goal will be to build efficient programs as well as enhance the existing programs that serve user needs.

• Work with end-users to understand user needs so as to produce clean, efficient programs based on the requirements
• Clean up and enhance existing ones to efficient programs
• Integrate software components and third-party programs for existing and new programs
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Proper handing over of programs which include training to maintain the programs for future troubleshooting/development

Additional Responsibilities

• Support other nursing homes and colleagues in software program issues when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Experience in Google Data Studio, Apps Script, or equivalent software programme (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript, SQL)
• Strong software programming skill
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
