• 1 to 4 years of trade support experience
• For 1st role, trade support exp covering derivatives and securities required
• For 2nd role, trade support exp gained in Private Equity industry with fund administration experience, particularly for Private Equity funds, preferred

Our client is a renowned FI with an international presence. It is looking for a hands-on Settlement professional to join its operation team. It is looking to hire 2 operations trade support associate roles:Role 1Main responsibilities:

• Trade matching, processing of trade lifecycle and post-trade events
• Handle and resolve trade booking or trade matching discrepancies and ensure timely and efficient settlement
• Ensure services delivered are performed under the best conditions of efficiency and productivity
• Collateral Management
• Handle ad hoc projects/initiatives as assigned.

Skills and experience required:

• Good degree in Business, Banking and Finance preferred of 1 to 4 years of exp
• Relevant experience in handling both Derivatives and Securities preferred
• Good knowledge of trade and post-trading processes across all global markets
• Good understanding of SWIFT and SCD system will be an added advantage

Role 2Main responsibilities:

• Administer Fund investments such as processing and keeping records of fund capital calls and distributions in a timely manner
• Assist in fee validation and facilitating fee analysis and insights
• Assist in management of relationship with fund administrators and other external parties
• Assist in keeping track of fund administration best practices, identify trends in industry and developments
• Contribute to continuous enhancement of work processes
• Ensure services delivered are performed under the best conditions of efficiency and productivity
• Handle ad hoc projects/initiatives (such as participate in testing and roll out of system functionalities) as assigned

Skills and experience required:

• Good degree in Business, Banking and Finance preferred
• Familiar with Private Equity industry with fund administration experience, particularly for Private Equity funds, preferred
• Good understanding and exposure to other asset classes will be an added advantage

• Quick learner who has high adaptability and is comfortable under tight deadlines and time pressure
• A meticulous team player with initiative who can work well independently
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
