The Payroll Associate is part of People Operations Team, providing the following payroll services to Singtel entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workflow and payroll transactions, ensuring data are updated into payroll system timely
• Process, reconcile and interface data to payroll system
• Monitor data error log and rectify data issue
• Work with IT teams on payroll system enhancement and incidents, including testing
• Manage stakeholders' requirements and queries on payroll matters
• Manage the review and audit of regional offices monthly payroll reports for payments
• Change agent for payroll related requirements
• Generate / create payroll-related dashboards and reports
• Review, update and document payroll processes
• Monitor automated payroll activities processed by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Bots

• Tertiary education in Finance/Accounting/HRM/Business/Information Technology, and iHRP certification is a plus
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP payroll, Success Factor Employee Central, Canva, Power BI or other productivity tool preferred
• A team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
