This role will be part of the team in charge of the platform management and delivery supporting Cards and Unsecured Loans for CBG Singapore, the individual will play a key role in the management and delivery of strategic projects and system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the product roadmap and strategy for Cards & Unsecured Loans (CUL) platforms by supporting the business platform leads to drive and execute the platform strategy. Engage with CUL Business stakeholders & Product teams to define system requirements and conceptualize User Stories for new product initiatives, services or system enhancement requests. Subject matter expert on specific areas of Cards business, able to go beyond the expressed business requirements to identify opportunities and added values solutions enhancing client service, operational efficiency and operational risk Develop efficient working relationship and good collaboration with the various stakeholders/departments Coordinate and provide support for UAT and necessary testing coverage including test planning, execution and live verification as per stipulated schedule while ensuring adherence to DBS quality and standards. Co-ordinate Change Management & Implementation Support for user live verification activities. This includes business parameters review, system user access matrix governance Collaborate with CUL Product Teams with necessary domain knowledge and experience across products, customer journey, operations, technology, risk management to ensure projects and enhancements are implemented with a co-ordinated view on overall platform and business system strategy Support Run-the-bank by managing the resolution of system production issues with Technology team and business users

Requirements:

Provide expertise and necessary business domain knowledge for Cards & Unsecured Loans (CCUL) products and related business processes Must have strong knowledge in areas of credit / debit / atm cards, unsecured loan products, payments systems and its operations procedures Preference will be given to individuals with exposure and system knowledge in Cards product systems - Vision Plus, PowerCard & One Loyalty System Knowledge in international schemes operations and settlement processing is also necessary Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a banking/finance environment * Self-starter with strong business acumen and good problem solving, planning and organizational skills
