Job Description
Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Business Unit in relation to Private Trust
- Bank account opening
- System static setup and maintenance
- Attend to clients\' queries and request
- Process asset injection
- Process distribution
- Process payment of expenses
- Generate yearly and ad-hoc invoices
- Scanning and uploading of Documents
- Assist Section Head in any projects/tasks
- Degree holder in Business/Finance/Accountancy
- Working experience in a Trust Industry for 2 years preferred
- Knowledge on Private Trust Products
- Accurate and able to work in fast paced environment
- Meticulous and has an eye for details
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Work location is Jurong East
