Your responsibilities will encompass various crucial tasks including meticulous handling of financial documents, compiling financial reports,maintaining the organization of our division\'s documentation filing system, upholding the current status of our divisional web portal, overseeing the document change process, and contributing assistance in the consolidation of operational data for the formulation of monthly operational performance reports.
The desired candidate should possess a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, demonstrate adaptability in adopting digital tools, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
