Job Description
:
Responsibilities :
- To check through all long-form content/trailers to ensure accuracy before delivery to various platforms, including for scheduled transmission.
- Ensure technical standards are met and able to troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless delivery within tight timelines.
- To schedule catch-up content on digital and social platforms and ensure timely uploading of programmes.
- To liaise with external production companies on all deliverables and ensure all requirements are met as per contractual agreements.
- To create visually appealing thumbnails and write succinct synopsis to accompany content on digital platforms.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in media industry
- A team player who is organised, meticulous and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional groups.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on weekends when required.
- Expertise in office tools like Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Familiar with specialised software such as Brightcove and Adobe Analytics and productivity tools like Power BI and Slack will be an added advantage.
- Keen interest in news, current affairs, and documentaries
