The roleWe're on the lookout for someone with the ultimate balance of organisation and creativity, to assist our producers in handling their day to day client management and project production tasks. Working alongside our team of producers, account managers, and designers on some challenging and exciting digital marketing, graphic design, virtual / in-person events, and video production projects. This is a role for a detail-oriented person with the ability to communicate easily to your colleagues and with our globally located clients primarily in English You will be responsible for working with our Client Leads (account managers) and Producers to receive and interpret briefs, including joining client meetings, and helping to determine the best creative and production approach for new projects Assist with the development of project based creative; apply design thinking to solve creative problems, considering the best creative approach to suit a brief, and understanding how to utilise the wide range of creative skills within our team to meet our clients' briefs Employed in Singapore on a full time basis. We have a flexible/hybrid work policy, and we ask that you're in the office at least 2 times a week and during project kick offs to encourage great collaboration You'll be mostly working with briefs, storyboards, and client docs in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Meet) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Slides, and Apple Keynote is a plus, we can get you up to speed if not In our team of around 60, you'll report to our Head of Production, assigning tasks and managing workflows with our team of graphic designers, video editors, and animatorsA creative sideYou'll join our team of around 8 producers across our Melbourne and Singapore offices, who all have a keen eye, interest and background in design, production, or creative arts. You'll work with our Creative Directors, Art Directors and Designers to take client briefs and develop a creative response. You'll assist to brief our designers and work closely with them throughout production.Organise like KondoOur producers are the keepers of timelines, budgets, milestones, and daily project tasks, and you'll assist in the creation and management of these. We need someone who's organised and thrives on being busy and keeping pace with our clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential for this role.About usWe're Evolved, a midsize creative and design team based across Melbourne and Singapore, collaborating with some of the world's biggest brands across APAC.
