Currently, they are looking for a Junior Customer Success to drive the deployment of their new Geo-Mapping tool. You will report directly to the Product manager and work closely with natural rubber processors from the major sourcing countries to implement the use of the tool in each processor\'s supply chain.This start up is part of the corporate venture arm of large MNCs and already delivering to major players worldwide-RESPONSIBILITIESIn light of emerging industry regulations surrounding anti-deforestation, Our Client has launched the Geo-Mapping tool, designed to map the lands where natural rubber originates and the hands that cultivate it. Hence your responsibilities will be as follow:\xc2\xb7 Lead the onboarding and training of users through online meetings.\xc2\xb7 Monitor user database and conduct regular follow-ups with users to ensure project progress.\xc2\xb7 Interact with the software IT provider to request evolutions and pass on user requests.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of users\' geospatial data where necessary.\xc2\xb7 Support in other company operations where required (e.g. management of company LinkedIn page and website).\xc2\xb7 Occasional travel to natural rubber-producing regions may be involved.IDEAL TALENTBachelor\'s degree in Environmental Studies, Life Science, Business, or any related degree.
