Key Responsibilities: - Handle and manage the following: - Leasehold improvement and facility up keep - Property plant and equipment (UPS, Genset, ACU, etc.) - Daily checking of office premises and facilities - Coordinate with the different departments if there are changes in the seat plan and if mobilization of equipment and facilities are required - Ensure that AMC for site equipment are being
Qualifications
Qualifications - Registered Electrical Engineer - With at least 1 year related working experience. - Fresh graduates with required Licenses are welcome to apply - Willing to work in a shifting schedule and extended hour (only if needed) - Demonstrated project management skills - Ability to design and compute electrical and mechanical plans - Basic civil and structural building construction (interior and exterior) - Able to communicate in a clear and professional manner
