Role summary
We are looking to hire an Associate Project Manager to join our team of passionate and creative technology professionals committed to using modern software development practices such as design thinking, agile and devops methodologies to achieve EDB’s business objectives. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire application lifecycle of our digital product offering(s) which is used organisation wide. Key roles and responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Level 1 Support vendors to provide day to day operational support including, but not limited to, breaking fixes, servicing requests to cater to the business operating needs:
    • Testing, investigating and resolving issues;
    • Responding to queries and guide users on the usage of the systems and liaising with system owners and support team from vendors;
    • Creating, maintaining and managing the relevant documentation/knowledge base/records in the system and processes related to IT services;
    • Ensuring timely ticket resolution of incidents and service requests according to SLA and ensure proper communication to users on ticket resolution and root cause; and
    • Liaising with users and IT team to manage changes on IT services
    • Ensure that supported systems comply with government and IT policies:
      • Be familiar and keep up to date with the IM and IT policies to identify gaps within the supported systems;
      • Review the code scan reports regularly to identify flaws and vulnerabilities for rectification;
      • Work closely with the application development and security teams to roll out measures to address the identified gaps and vulnerabilities within the stipulated time frame;
      • Arrange for System Security Accept Tests (eg. Penetration Tests, VA tests, CAGE SCAN tests etc) and ensure that remediations or mitigation actions are implemented within the stipulated time frame;
      • Prepare necessary documents e.g. risk assessments and policy deviation memos for approval; and
    • Perform regular application log and user account reviews.
    • Participate in internal/external audit exercises, provide responses to audit queries and follow up on audit findings till closure.
    • Plan and lead application/platform upgrades and enhancements.
    • Perform contract management.
To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:
  • Diploma or University Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in providing IT operational support.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management and business analysis experience.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks.
  • Independent, resourceful, analytical. A good team player who is proactive in identifying problems and recommending solutions.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Singaporean.
