We're looking for a highly driven, passionate and knowledgeable Associate, Regional Customer Operations to join our regional Marketplace team. The Regional Foodpanda Marketplace looks over the Groceries, Convenience Store, Pharmacies or any other non restaurant vendor. In the role you will work closely with the country teams and regional leadership and be a key driver in customer experiences for the business. Your role will include overseeing customer experiences, customer cancellations and acting as project manager of upcoming improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the local teams to understand and improve customers experience across APAC
  • Deepdive in large data set of number to identify issues and execute improvement plans
  • Ensure that the customer experience team works in collaboration with all other business functions, consistently delivering great end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Responsible for translating business opportunities and operational efficiencies into specific product requirements and communicating with tech, product and different onsite-domain teams for new feature developments -
  • Document shops new process to allow the shops business to continue best practise even when Subject Matter Experts are unavailable
  • Standardize and co-ordinate expectations across different cx SOP across APAC
  • Report bugs, and follow up on their resolution.
Skills required:
  • Working in fast and entrepreneurial environments, focus on operations or last mile delivery
  • You earned your degree in business, engineering or innovation. A Master degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
  • Experience working in cross functional international teams.
  • Able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving, changing environment
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Process-oriented as well as strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Skills in Excel and PPT. SQL is a strong plus
