We are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals for our Clinical Services team, Denticare.
In this role, you will partner closely with potential corporate clients to communicate our new product/service developments and to establish and run our Dental Education Programmes. You will have the opportunity to work with our Corporate Communications & Branding team to establish a marketing strategy targeted to increasing revenue for our organisation. Business Development
Actively seek out and work with potential corporate clients to communicate new product/service developments.
Close new business deals by developing and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Design and prepare reports on corporate clients’ statistics and indicators.
Actively support process improvement and participate in quality improvement projects.
Work with Denticare partners to run Continuous Dental Education Programmes.
Plan and present solutions and partnerships to internal and external partners.
Provide management with constructive feedback in a timely manner.
Marketing
Collaborate with our Corporate Communications and Branding team to establish a marketing strategy to increase revenue for the organisation.
Budget, plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Critically assess outcome of campaigns as part of continuous improvement strategy.
Data Analytics and Continuous improvement
Analyze customers’ data to produce insights for senior management and work to refine the business strategy.
Support the Manager in new systems development and internal improvement projects.
Operational Support
Support the Manager in preparing management reports and yearly budgeting/forecast exercises.
Manage Denticare Corporate Dental Programmes (HR module) and Family Medicine Clinic (e-clinic).
Qualifications
Preferably general degree or minimum diploma with some dental operations or healthcare experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven and highly motivated
A deep understanding of marketing principles
People negotiation skills
