Associate/ Senior Associate, HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will support the General Office (HR & Admin):
  • Provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum HR and Administrative functions
  • Full employee life cycle including recruitment, selection, on-boarding, orientation, and off-boarding
  • Work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation for foreign employees
  • Involve in staff welfare activities
  • Prepare HR related reports
  • Prepare letters, forms, email correspondence, etc.
  • Proper maintenance of personal information in HRIS
  • Other duties assigned by HOD
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years related experience
  • High integrity when handling confidential information
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Meticulous, highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Must be able to accept mundane administrative duties
  • Incumbent must be prepared to put in extra working hours when required
  • Preferably Junior Executive who are specialized in Human Resources or equivalent and available immediately will have an added advantage
