The candidate will support the General Office (HR & Admin):
Provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum HR and Administrative functions
Full employee life cycle including recruitment, selection, on-boarding, orientation, and off-boarding
Work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation for foreign employees
Involve in staff welfare activities
Prepare HR related reports
Prepare letters, forms, email correspondence, etc.
Proper maintenance of personal information in HRIS
Other duties assigned by HOD
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2-5 years related experience
High integrity when handling confidential information
Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Meticulous, highly organized and able to prioritize
Must be able to accept mundane administrative duties
Incumbent must be prepared to put in extra working hours when required
Preferably Junior Executive who are specialized in Human Resources or equivalent and available immediately will have an added advantage
