Senior HR (Generalist) / Real Estate / Central Salary up to $4,500 Mon-Fri, Office Hours Location: Toa Payoh (Central) Variable Bonus (2-3months) + Career progression + Oversea Trip Responsibil Senior HR (Generalist) / Real Estate / Central Salary up to $4,500 Mon-Fri, Office Hours Location: Toa Payoh (Central) Variable Bonus (2-3months) + Career progression + Oversea Trip Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment functions Liasing with recruitment agency for recruitment needs Administers various human resource plans and procedures Performs benefits administration and communicates benefits information to employees. Manage employee orientation, training and development Provide support for payroll administration to ensure accuracy Maintains human resource information system records and compile reports from the database.
