- Handle all aspects of immigration services to clients, including application for various passes.
- Well versed and up to date with related changes pertaining to Singapore Immigration work pass policies.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients to gather all related information on work pass applications prior to online submission.
- Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain a high standard of service.
- Prepare letters/appeal letters when necessary to support work pass applications.
- Attend to clients\xe2\x80\x99 queries on work pass application process.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field.
- Familiar with MOM EPOL portal
- Knowledge of relevant immigration regulations and procedures is a must of this role.
- Good timeline management and prioritization skills.
- Detailed oriented and professional in client servicing.
