For further information about Nomura, visit www.nomura.com.Function OverviewThis is an instrumental and leadership role in revamping the entire regional regulatory capital reporting architecture across Asia through innovative engineering disciplines inclusive of data processing, quality assurance, analytics, machine learning, algorithms, and data warehousing.Job Responsibilities: Drive regulatory capital data architecture alignment (vertical and horizontal) across multiple countries Strong advocate of embedding product thinking into solution engineering process co-developed with country controllers Leverage on new AI/ML tools to define the data quality assurance strategy and scale up AI/ML automation in the long run Leveraging other global transformation solutions in enhancing cross-regional delivery and scalability Deliver process and control efficiencies through championship of wider adoption of of new technologies e.g. Alteryx, BI Tools etc. Review, maintain and document process narratives and ensure compliance with the internal control standards. Contribution to the annual audit process Enhance the existing regulatory reporting production and infrastructure for any new business productsJob Requirements: Recognized degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data science, AI.
