Description:

• Strong design and visualisation skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, including conducting presentations to consultants and/or client;
• An ability to think and work independently, and be a team player;
• Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients;
• Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors;
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
• Proficient in technical and drawing documentation, schedules and material specifications;
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance.

• Professional Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in landscape architecture or equivalent is required with minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including concept design to implementation stages;
• Experience in a variety of project types including high profile placemaking, nature theme developments, master planning, urban design, public realm and parks, residential, commercial and mix use
• SILA full member and/or Accredited Landscape Architect is an advantage;
• ABC waters experience and/or ABC Waters Professional (ABCWP) registered with SILA is an advantage;
