DESIGNATION : Associate (QA Shared Services)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent is expected to:

• Constant scan of the regulatory landscape for latest development
• Prepare circulars for announcement and updates
• Ensure imported product labels are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with suppliers and category managers on food safety & quality issues.
• Conduct Factory Audits to ensure proper GMP is complied.
• Perform process and system audits at retail outlets.
• Draft audit reports and feedback reports for follow-up.
• Other tasks as assigned by the executive/manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related disciplines.
• Preferably with 1 – 2 years relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 or ISO 9001 will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
• Motivated and results oriented.
• Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
• Ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Independent and able to make decisions
